Blue Seas at Constantine Bay, near Padstow, is a contemporary timber-frame house on the site of a former dwelling, with a strikingly open interior. The owners lived away from the site throughout. In their words: “As we are based remotely from the site, it was essential that we had a builder who was communicative and willing to work with clients as much by email and telephone as site visits.”
