How our fees work
Clear, fixed where possible, and paid only by you. We'd rather tell you the structure up front than surprise you later.

What's included
- All our time, reporting and site visits as set out in your appointment
- Travel within Dubai and to Abu Dhabi
What's not included
- Fees of the consultant, contractor, surveyors, testing labs or lawyers you appoint; you pay them directly
- Authority and master developer fees
- International travel at your request
What we never charge
We never take commission, referral fees, mark-ups or rebates from anyone on your project. See our independence pledge.
Is it worth it?
On a bespoke villa, one avoided variation dispute, one month of avoided delay or one design change caught before construction typically exceeds our fee. If we don't think your project needs us, we'll say so in the first conversation.
