Questions villa owners ask us

An owner's representative is a professional who acts only for the person paying for a building project. On a villa, we set the budget and programme, help appoint the consultant and contractor, control cost and time, report progress, handle variations and claims, and lead handover.

It isn't required by law. It is most valuable on bespoke villas, major renovations, and projects where the owner is often abroad or has not built before. We will tell you honestly if you don't need us.

In Dubai, a registered consultant carries the statutory design, submission and supervision responsibilities. They work for the project's compliance and design. We work only for you, alongside them, on cost, time, decisions, contracts and quality.
