Gooden Heane is a contemporary coastal house above the cliffs near Portreath. Natural stone, white render and full-height glazing are combined with a roof terrace, open-plan living spaces and a glass-balustraded stair.
Why it matters for a Dubai villa
Exposed coastal sites test materials, glazing and waterproofing. The lessons transfer directly to beachfront and island plots in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
