Morvoren sits above the Fal estuary at Feock, with terraces, balconies and gardens stepping down towards the water. The brief evolved during the build and the site was challenging. In the client's words: “Despite an evolving brief, a constrained budget and a challenging location, you have delivered a truly outstanding property.”
