The Lookout, at Mylor near Falmouth, is defined by its scale. Massive open internal areas, full-width folding glazing to the water, a sculptural bath beneath a triangular rooflight and a design that steps down its sloping site. Finishes and fittings were to an exacting standard throughout.
Why it matters for a Dubai villa
Large-volume, open-plan villas are the norm in Dubai. Long spans, large openings and big uninterrupted floors need careful structural and services coordination to stay clean, level and quiet.
