Three Mile Beach at Gwithian, near St Ives, is a development of fifteen large beach houses set behind the dunes and run as premium holiday lets. The houses are timber-framed, and P Chapman Construction's site team completed the scheme working with local professionals, including A-Tec Design, Ed Crossley & Associates and MBA Consulting.
